The Model

BluPrint does not operate at volume. The number of clients taken on at any one time is deliberately limited because depth of care is not possible at scale. Fewer clients mean more time, more attention, and a doctor who actually knows your history.

A first consultation at BluPrint is 90 minutes. Follow-ups are not rushed. The time exists because the work requires it: understanding the full picture, reviewing diagnostics properly, and building a protocol that reflects your specific physiology.

Care does not pause between sessions. Questions, concerns, and developments are addressed as they arise. You are not waiting for the next appointment to get a response.

The body changes. Life changes. A protocol designed in month one will need refinement by month four. Ongoing monitoring means the plan evolves with you, rather than remaining static.
First Consultation
Most people who come to BluPrint have had consultations before. Fifteen minutes, a referral, a prescription, and a follow-up in three months. A first consultation at BluPrint works differently.

We talk about your goals, your lifestyle, and what has and has not worked before.
By the end, you will have a clear picture of what we believe is driving your symptoms, what diagnostics are needed to confirm it, and what a realistic protocol could look like. You leave with a direction — not a brochure.
Intake
This is not a sales tactic. It is a structural reality of how BluPrint operates. Depth of care requires limits on intake. If you are considering a consultation, the right time to enquire is now.
